Just highlite the URL in the location bar, go to edit, hit copy. In a response to a post in SI or email, set the cursor where you want it, go to edit and hit paste. Hope this helps.

In Netscape, there's a little tag beside the URL location window, left click on it and drag it to where you want to insert the link.
