True Story-- I went into Barnes and Noble yesterday to return an Itty Bitty BookLight that refused to light even an Itty Bitty bit and I casually walked over to the magazines. I saw Parenting Magazine--August issue---I grabbed it, hands sweating, heart pumping....NOTHING! Where is it???? I mean-surely they would have told me if they weren't going to use it! They'd paid me for it!!!!! How could I explain this to my friends??? I looked at the front again to make sure it was August---wait-- oh-- I sold my article to Parents MAgazine----not Parenting Magazine. It isn't out yet. I returned the sweaty, sticky, wrinkled Parenting Magazine to the rack. CHeap Knock off swill. I wonder what they pay for an article......
