Kerry finally shames Bush into action on gas prices. After Kerry reminded Bush about jawboning OPEC, Bush finally meets with Kuwaiti and Saudi representatives. Amazing. When FDR took over for Hoover, many Americans pleaded with Hoover to step down and let FDR take the reins early. We will probably be seeing the same reaction later this year.
