We might as well get it over with asap... There's nothing the govt. can do to make things better IMO... All they're doing is making things worse...Let the free market do what it's supposed to do...When a company is as mismanaged as our financial institutions have been, failure is really the ONLY option... Let the banks that didn't take on toxic debt and toxic instruments survive, and become stronger because of it...It's time to take out the trash, not reward it for bad behavior... So what if they're "too big to fail"...They've already failed, and their common stock is virtually worthless...
