James, I would be amazed if Ampex let IBM make that announcement w/o using the Ampex name if it was there KM.Ialso think the possibility of competition down the road will speed up the decision making process of seagate,and the others. On another note, being very non tech, can anyone explain AXC's part in digital TV. Do there patents affect the creation of the signal at the source or the end users?
