I'd love suggestions myself, sorry. Various accounts hold Treasury notes and CDs (up to five years duration) and TIPS (five and ten year durations). We have a significant portion of our fixed income holdings in the TIAA Guaranteed account, a nice option for some purposes if available. One of the accounts that I advise has a 5% position in BOND, but I don't think it is exceptional in any way - merely solid.
