Interesting numbers....I had never thought through the economics of third world operators before. The key number would seem to be CPGA. You get rid of the dead weight....churn doesnt hurt you nearly as much if you arent paying for the handset. I cant wait to see the ZIF based handsets hitting the market. It will really help the third world CDMA operators (as well as Leap). Slacker
