Jimmy Carter proved he doesn't know shit about Mueller and his 448 pages that he didn't read, nor the announcements by the FBI head Christopher Wray and Asst AG Rod Rosenstein.

Anybody with a brain and minimal knowledge of current events knows they all concluded the opposite, and NOBODY has yet explained how the Russians effected the electoral vote totals.

Also, anybody posting a defense of the ramblings by that old man is likely a partisan hack gruber consumed with irrational hatred of Trump and has not been right about anything in 3 years on this thread.
