I doubt it.

Microsoft's case is beyond the DOJ - and now in the hands of the appeals court.

If the Microsoft break up is ditched by the appeals court, I really doubt that the Feds will go after Intel - especially since the FTC just gave Intel a clean bill of health - no matter who is in office.
