Until we have officially filed our form sec-10 with the U.S. securities commission I am restricted in releasing information about the company in news releases or president's letters. I can assure you that our corporate secretary and I are doing our most to keep the process moving forward as quickly as possible. The long awaited corporate consolidated financial statement is now in our lawyer's hands and he is in the final stages of preparing his submission, as you know this is a very complex process I can not give you a target date for completion but we are doing our best to make it happen soon.
