Kerry is a foreign policy expert. The world leaders will be highly impressed with him and want to help him, especially after the "go it alone" oil business corruption of the Texas and hard right Zionist Bushies. Kerry knows diplomacy. He is a worldly man. His wife speaks six languages. exactly what rightwingers attack Kerry for is the reason he will have ten times the sucess Bush can with other world leaders.

I have lived all over the world. I KNOW this. The world cannot stand Bush. They wanted to trust him after 9-11 but now they know they can never trust him. Even leaders who want to help him cannot because the voters in those countries would vote him out if he dared to help the oil industry cowboys. That is how they look at Bush, as a dishonest, corrupt bully with no brain or sense of global harmony. And it's true, Bush doesn't really care about any but himself and his cronies, especially not other countries.
