Actually it was illegal. Hillary's campaign used a lawyer as a cutout. So Hillary and no one in her campaign knew nothign about the Steele dossier till Steele revealed what he had found to McCain and others..


Just accepting it as freely transferred info is not illegal.

It is. So was lying about it. That compounded the crime.

BTW I challenge you to tell us what nasty stuff was found in a stolen Hillary email.
