I believe Brooks told Imus this morning or yesterday he worked for newsweek for several years.. he stands by all the management and Isikoff,, he reports it too much far left and too much far right problem.

I disagree ,issue is not far left or right. The issue is newsweek didn't do their homework and caused tremendous damage including death.

newsweek had been thrown out of a middle East country a year or so back so they certainly are familiar with the tension in these countries.

Perhaps newsweek could give up trying to find all the wrongs on Iraq and start writing about what is going right in Iraq for several months.
