Here's a nifty blurb posted on RB: Dear 1MOODYBLUE, Your Aug. 3rd e-mail to me arrived while I was in Canada attending a company director's meeting and going over the final draft of our form SB-10 filing to the securities commission. By tomorrow night I hope the last piece of information on our deficiency list can go to our lawyers. This filing has been a very complex and time consuming task which is frustrating us all. I can not issue any news release, president's letters, etc. Until we have actually filed. I am most anxious to communicate with our shareholders as I have much to report. Meanwhile I want to assure you your "China team" continue to work hard to build our company. I hope I can update you all very soon. Best regards! Brian Hodge
