I am detecting a sense of panic in your post. This also fits the profile I referred to in my earlier post. You better settle before the court date or lose any chance of getting anything for your "proported mineral rights" You are playing a high stakes game. Do you know when to hold of when to fold or when to deal for that matter? We shall soon see. Remember that there is probably a reasonable settlement to be had but that chance will soon elapse once the court proceedings get underway.
