LIAR! Bush has coddled Bin LAden and Al Qaida since day one. The first order of business for Bush right after he let 9-11 happen was to make sure all the Bin Laden family members were safely out of the country. His first meeting was with Prince Bandar. His own father was meeting with a Bin Laden that same day. And Rice's speech to be delivbered on 9-11 about threats to our country did not even mention Al Qaida of Arab terrorists.

CLinton was obsessed with Bin Laden and Al Qaida as soon as the evidence came in proving they were bebunbd the bombings. That was in late 1996-1997. Bush received proof Al Qaida was behind the USS Cole bombing in Feb 2001 and did absolutely nothing about it. Zilch.
