I e-mailed Carver with a general update question and a Mr. Jim Croft, Vice Presaident of Research and Development responded. He later informed me that I was welcome to post his comments. I don't know how to import that message into this post, so I will type it below (I will appreciate instructions on how to cut and paste onto this message board---anybody?! Thanks) "Hello," At this time we do not have any information to provide regarding our HyperSonic Sound project. We are waiting for new transducers to be completed before we can finalize our proof of capability testing. At this time it appears that the research phase will take at least another month or two to complete. Upon completion of our research we will make an announcement as to the viability of the technology and also if our results are positive we will start on our product development which should take about 9 months. We will also have product information to send out which will explain the technology and the products that we would plan to deliver. We appreciate your interest and patience.
