STI Opens New DC-Area Facility - business must be good!!! MELBOURNE, Fla., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Officials of Exigent International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: XGNT - news; CHX: XNT - news) today reported that Exigent subsidiary Software Technology, Inc. (STI) has opened a new office facility in Chantilly, Virginia. This brings to three the number of STI locations in the Washington, DC area.
