Dunno - I can't quite decide what to think about this one. What did tick me off was this from the FT - "After (UCB) seeing human trial data not revealed to the wider market, it decided to buy the whole company.." Shouldn't shareholders (I'm no longer one) have this information before deciding whether to sell the company ?
