I2: Your post prompted me to look at the DIA, SPY and QQQ SI weekly charts. I am not a TA expert, however I agree with your observation - the H&S is well defined on the SPY and DIA charts ( DIA - left shoulder 9/99, head 1/00 and right shoulder 3/00, SPY - left 12/99, head 3/00 and right 7/00 (now?)and on the QQQ, left 12/99, head 3/00 and right - now climbing in this bear rally to a right shoulder high). I dug out my September 99 Marketimer in which Bob attempted to educate me on the three phases of a bull market top. Perhaps we are in phase III with this phase coming to a close as we approach the elections? Regards Dave
