I don't have the latest on reverse split issue. Will try to find out. Montellero told me last week it was part of the special proxy for preferred shares to Securicor to secure their loans. Then he was let go Friday p.m. I understand they have located a real dynamic CFO very good at M & A. I also understand that the Nokia licensing rumors may come to fruition sooner than later. That would give this company and its technology enormous credibility in the global markets, aside from the "free" revenue it generates for the company.
