and the good news is...........

the florida deal went thru. i don't have any numbers, nor did i ask
for them. but the deal is "huge". when i heard the "h" word i asked if
i heard it right and the reply was "yes, huge". there are also other
good developments which we didn't get into.
the shareholders meeting will (should be) in august, there will be a
vote on a reverse split. (vote no!). also their still working with
the sec on the additional shares with the options. (i'm still wandering about the reverse split and the addition share thing, but after the "h" word my mind went off). again, the press release is being worked on, but its coming.
