I see no reason for the President to compromise. He suggested candidates, these candidates have been approved by their professional peers (ie its not like he's trying to put hacks in the judiciary), now its up to the Senate to VOTE up or down on them. Thats what they are supposed to do, why should HE compromise on THEIR FAILURES? jdn
