Hit a recession in 1992. Add in no Indian tax breaks. That said. Somehow he pulled through. Banks had no choice but to stick with it.

good or bad. Few or no politicians have experience like that. They have been running the country in the ground for decades. Then living off your taxes for the rest of their lives.
