Oh, my word.

I suppose it does. The tyranny of the majority, forcing their will on the helpless minority. Poor Boxer, Clinton, Kennedy, et al., suffering blunt force trauma from the ballot box.

And for what? The Constitutionally mandated duty of a sitting President to appoint judges to the federal bench! What a silly thing to care about.

Let them eat cake.
