James: That is what I have said. The "poison pill" needs to be removed. That should be a top priority at the Shareholders meeting. This company needs to be bought-out. If you wait for Schmidt to turn the ship you are looking at a year to several years to get your money back. The eroding customer base is like cancer. The shareholders had better demand that the company be sold whether than wait around for a turnaround. Joe M. needs to pack his bags he is long ago lost his credibilty. The employee head count needs to be cut by 25 to 30%. This company is only a quarter or two from being an Apple. The major difference is that investors are interested in buying-out Apple and as of yet not Novell. Unbelievable!! Vip
