Shake those guys up a bit. Cut out the bs. Welch couldn't tell those guys on how to produce a better chip. He would leave that up to the guys on this thread: John, Paul, Jim, Scumbria, Elmer, Ali, et al. But he could teach them a few things about passion and sound bites.
