Yes, and I think the US SCt. position on this issue, as expressed by a the 5-4 majority, should put on notice to ALL State legislatures that present statutes that lend credence to dimpled chads need to revisit relevant statutory language to ensure such statutes pass constitutional muster. Standards need to set, and they must be established statewide.
