I don't own any VIAS Stroke but I feel it's got an excellent chance of making the InvestRight Index look good long term. The stock repurchase plan was increased. That is a terrific sign of management confidence. The company has lots of cash and revenues are actually just fine.

80% of all stocks go up after a stock repurchase plan is instituted. Yes VIAS could be in the 20% that do not go up. In fact, technically VIAS has shown no indication that it will rise tomorrow, or anytime soon. However I don't study technical conditions as carefully as Bill. I do know Bill is not a daytrader either so I suspect he will be willing to wait if it doesn't. To me VIAS is a worthwhile risk at this price.

Regards, Jeff
