Fact is that the USA wants Huawei's 5G technology for free or on the cheap.
Where are you getting this nonsense?
Talking about ripping somebody off...trouble is that Huawei is already working on 6G.
Kind of hard to develop products on a standard that doesn't yet exist.

But please, tell us more.
