Just listened to full conf call. BC sounded much more in command and positive - can see he's working on projecting his image. Tommy Steele is a rubber-meets-the-road kind of guy - I don't think he'll have much crap pulled on him - I've worked for Ops guys like him before - he'll kick butt when he has to. I was wrong about Patterson - is a visionary yet has both feet on the ground - sounds like he knows where TradeWave has to go and how to get there. Finance guy is a concern - although bean counters usually come across like that - hope he gets control of receivables. Cash is tight so he does have an uphill struggle on his hands (man I'm glad I'm not him). We're in the best position we've been in in the 25 months I've owned this stock. We'll know soon what kind of pull NT product has. Only wish is that BC had articulated a plan to go head-to-head with CHKPF in Japan - of which they own 75%.
