Ask Obama or any Chicago politician.

Ask Al Franken, Gregoire, Soros,

Ask any of the Secretaries of State Soros put in with his Secretaries of State campaign (they COUNT the votes),

Ask Sam Giancana and Mayor Daley who put JFK in as US president by holding up the vote turn in for Cook County until the following afternoon where they gave JFK (whose father had worked with the mob his whole life) exactly the number of votes that would deliver him the state of Illinois.

Ask LBJ, who won a Texas election by less than 20 votes.
