Several e-mails later, Wade conveyed the following information: On Friday, May 20, Kerry obtained a copy of Form 180 and signed it. 'The next step is to send it to the Navy, I get it. Kerry thinks he has fulfilled his promise to sign the form. Russert only asked when Kerry would sign the form. He did not ask Kerry when he would mail it. What a crock.
