Hello Barry :

I would like to thank the Lord for answering a prayer for my daughter and son in law. They are in the process of moving to Deberry Fla. which is a suburb of Orlando .

I was down there this past week and we knew we didn't have a lot of time to look at houses. We looked at a directory and picked out 8 houses. The agent was able to make appointments at 5 homes. One of our top picks was sold the day before. Out of the 5 we looked at only one stood out.

We had asked the Lord for immediate occupancy, near a golf course so 'papa' could play when he came to visit ( my one stipulation ), a large lot, double car garage, min of three bed rooms ect.

Well , what they found was exactly what they had prayed for. They have a baby. The house they bought had a ready nursery, fenced in back yard, swing set, all other stipulations met including it being across the street from a house that sets on the #11 hole of a country club so papa can play golf. The house was built in 1994, mint condition, 2300 sq ft, screened in lanai, concrete driveway, 4 bed rooms ,fireplace , beautiful kitchen, utility room, large corner lot. The asking price was 124,900 and we offered 119,500 and the people took the offer.

I am sure my daughter and her family will be very happy and safe there so to God be the glory..........In Christ..gregor
