Sybase Enters Into Strategic Alliance With PeopleSoft
CRM and ERP Clients Benefit From Powerful Combination of Industry-Leading Enterprise Applications, Integration and Infrastructure

(NYSE: SY - News), a leading enterprise infrastructure and integration company announced a worldwide, strategic alliance with PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT - News). Sybase chairman, president and CEO, John Chen unveiled the new relationship in a keynote address to an audience of more than 2,000 Sybase customers and partners from around the world.

He and Chen detailed how enterprises will benefit from best-in-class customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions from PeopleSoft that leverage Sybase's integration products and database management systems, speeding deployment and rapid access to mission-critical information.
