They have never said that it was to prevent a takeover, these are just assumptions made by some people here to justify why they could do such a thing. In my view it just shows more dishonesty on their part not to come forth a tell exactly what these share are for. t\To me it's just compensation for the great job they've done in the past 3 years...ahaha
