Care to ellaborate?
It takes two weeks to test a cell in the preliminary testing that ZEN announced at most.
Advanced testing may take 2-3 weeks. Just so I know you do realize, that the cell was a Coin Cell, right? And a coin cell is what goes into your remote for your garage door opener, right?
Its not the size of a nuclear power plant and 30,000 leads hanging off it. It is a single cell with a + and a - encased in a little steel capsule.
So what you are able to do is look at decay time from full charge. Look at charge time from completely depleted and exercise time, where you exercise the battery cell with charge and discharge pulsing to determine its abillty to recover from a quick discharge.

So like it or not, I have been there done that.
