The gigafactory 3 should be up and running in China by the end of the year producing 3000 model 3 per week (and 10,000 /week within a year). As the 25% tariffs are not till Dec 15 I expect Tesla to ship lots of inventory of US made cars to China before then to avoid tariffs till the GF 3 is up and running.
