Getting some idea of the technology owned by this company and it's oil & gas ownership is all well and good but does nothing to establish a share value! Until financials are released I cannot make any investment decisions. I note that the prefered shares do trade occasionally at around $l4.00 and with a conversion option into 35 shares of common stock this would put the common at $ .40. What is a realistic trading price for the common at this time?
