I am planning to buy some puts instead of shorting USRX. However
I am looking at Microcom (MNPI), a major OEM player in 28.8Kbps modems and ISDN. It has recently signed contracts with Cisco and Bay Networks to ship these modems in heavy volume in the 2nd quarter.
