I don't know about CyberCorp probs with SEC, but I do know what lies ahead with TradeStation 5.0 (coming out in January). With TS 5 you'll be able to develop trading systems using a wide variety of trading indicators, and back test your system on historical data. New with version 5 will be the ability to hook into your broker live on-line, and test, track, analyze and trade all from one program (TS 5). FYI CyberCorp is here in Austin where I am. I've spoken with them about a job opportunity recently... we'll see. Good luck!
