Yes, many very smart traders think we are at market bottom and are buying. But we are less than 10 days away from a major crisis in NYC, the financial capital of the world. Personally, I cannot believe that the market is going to be higher this time next week than it was this week. The rule of thumb on infections so far has been >10x the current number of infections every 10 days.
