Good Lord... I try so hard to keep my foot out of my mouth.. Point made... board is irrelevant...Not because of past inaction or bad action.. if they don't know how to do it correctly, we haven't got time left build a better performing board,... then it is obvious to me that the new Board Chairman.. Dr. Eric, better have the power, authority, and capability to fix things.. I don't think the existing board will be of any constructive use. On the other hand, your point, may be that the existing board could still wield further destruction.. Got to hope that Dr. Eric has the power as chairman and CEO. Not much time now to fool around.. pete mack
