Jan: Fleming's threat of legal action against Porter and Silicon Investor has made me extremely mad. I know as President of the TSE he has the financial backing to carry out these threats. I do not take this lightly. He must be shown to be a tyrant and oppressor who is abusing his power to the detriment of the public and the TSE. Only in this way will the members of the TSE (the brokerage firms and banks) realize that keeping him on as President will be injurious to their business. If I will also be silenced by the threat of legal action then others will take my place. He cannot threaten everyone who speaks the truth. Dave
