Hey, Shack -- DELL not doing anything bullish today. Go figure. Are we still seeing bullish potential in tech fall apart (except CREE)? QCOM also can't seem to get itself going, either. And I think the SOX has at least one more minor low coming up here... if not a bigger decline. But so far, down isn't kicking in.... the freep
