BARRONS IS ANCIENT HISTORY
VALUE IS HERE TO STAY. THE DEFINITION OF VALUE ELUDES BARRONS. THAT'S WHY THEY COULDN'T REACT TO TECHNOLOGY AS A REVOLUTION OR RECOGNIZE PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCED FROM IT. IBM TODAY IS A SPECIAL SITUATION. A REAL COMPANY WITH REAL EARNINGS AND CASH FLOW. PATENTS AND ROYALTY INCOME WHICH ARE RISING QTR BY QTR. A LEADER THAT WILL EMERGE STRONGER THAN EVER. THE P/E ATTRIBUTED TO IBM MAY RISE TO THE LOW 30'S AS LEADERSHIP IS RECOGNIZED AND ECONOMY PICKS UP.
(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)

And then this intelligent response.....

YOU'RE RIGHT BARRONS SHOULD BE SUED. THAT RAG IS A JOKE. WHY ANYONE TAKES IT SERIOUSLY IS AMAZING. THIS NONSENSE ABOUT CREATIVE ACCOUNTING IS GETTING TIRESOME. ALL COMPANIES ENGAGE IN 'CREATIVE ACCOUNTING' AT SOME LEVEL. I'VE WORKED FOR BIG COMPANIES BEFORE AND THERE WERE SITUATIONS WHERE THEY COULD'NT ACCOUNT FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!

Seems like Pro Forma is a hit with The Kids..... "
