Unbelievable! Over on the Free Speech Board Fack Czecker is pounding his chest because of the lawsuit CCB has filed against the GSLR and its Councillors. I guess there were some (RSCorky) who thought CCB would not be suing anyone and Facks predicted they would.. Good job Facks. Good job CCB. You folks have done a wonderful job of developing a project and working with local stakeholders. You have done a service for all mining companies. Your model should be put forward for all to follow. What a joke you all are. You should be afraid if/when you lose and have to pick up the Governments' (more than one) legal costs and pay for a counter-suit. If you win...have fun working with the GSLR folks in the future. How much could/will shareholders be on the hook for? Remember CCB has no defined, compliant resource.
