Fish - you are correct on all points. But their is a lag time for revenues to start coming plus we do not know at what profit margin. IMO better to have a little more dilution and a pile of cash to work with than to start piling up debt on the books. Needless to say ZEN is definitely on the right track.

Plus in the recent Sedar filing they said they would need to do another financing so it is coming.
