the tremendous amount of tests and procedures ordered by the docs to cover their backside. Can you say Bingo!...often done mind you in the complete absence of any reason by way of scientific evidence. Folks go on about what they think of as Moral Hazard via unlimited healthcare, whereas the real moral hazard, bolstered by unending advances in medicine, is Perverse Incentive. This is not a normal let alone a free market. Healthcare is not a commodity, but still needs to be rationed rationally in some way.
