Thanks for that. I didn't blow it out I used a fire extinguisher, You any idea how many candles we're talking about here? Welcome to the club, what a shame you parted with those shares. It takes guts to make money in this game, and I have trouble understanding those who have been supporters all the way and now that the moment of truth approaches they're running around clucking that the Sky MIGHT fall. Preparation of a thorough , and logical bid of this size takes a lot of Executive time in the office of the buyer, and costs quite a bit if it is to have any chance of succeeding. You can;t just dash it off on the back of an envelope, like some poster's calculations. There's still a good week before time starts to run out on DeBeers, and I expect we'll have some more fun before that happens. Cheers Trev
